How much bullying goes on in the RAF? Print E-mail

The RAF has a 'zero tolerance' policy on bullying and most recruits are not bullies. Even so, in 2011 the official survey found that about 1 in 9 (11%) RAF recruits said they had been bullied in the previous 12 months.  This is the highest rate of bullying in the armed forces (equal with the navy) and it has been increasing in the RAF.
